We are currently looking for a Remote Account Coordinator and Customer Success to undertake the following tasks:
- Work with existing clients and onboard new ones
- Regular follow-ups with customers and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns (Collect copy and dig. Assets from clients)
- Provide technical support on Ownerpoint
* 80%+ of the job is account management and coordination of campaigns, as well as customer success
* 10%
* 10% answering inbound calls for lead capture function (very easy)
* The company will supply the training.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Bachelors Degree in business-related field preferred
1-3 years related experience
Sales skills and experience
CRM hands on experience (Ownerpoint experience is a plus)
B2B customer service experience
Excellent English writing and speaking skills -
US Geography knowledge and Short Term Rental Vacation experience is a plus
Experience in working for a US-based company/remote work
Has great attention to detail and quality assurance
Compliance with processes
Self-starter
Have a strong work ethic (integrity and commitment)
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
30MBPS or higher internet speed
i5 or higher processor
Minimum of 8 GB RAM
Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
