Outbound telemarketing expert

I'm looking for a professional telemarketing expert in outbound calls. Experience in outbound sales is required. I'm looking for someone passionate, ambitious and talented to start picking up the phone and making some calls. The job is Monday - Friday 9am AEST. Base pay is $500 usd/month, expected commissions are an additional $1000 per month. A talented rep could easily be making $1500 a month.

I need someone who sounds like a native english speaker, as this is necessary for converting Australian customers.
