SEO Manager

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Plan & systemize new strategies and improve existing on-page and off-page search engine optimization (SEO) blueprints to provide better direction for our SEO team.
- Periodically analyze data of client’s website to recommend changes as needed.
- Conduct competitive, keyword research, and on/off-page audits.
- Communicate and collaborate with our SEO team during specific scheduled calls, Looms, emails, or chats.
- Be updated with the SEO trends and developments and share these best practices with the SEO team.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- No educational attainment is required.
- Willing to work remotely for an American company/time zone with Filipino Tea ---------- mbers.
- Has at least 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, keyword research, and analytics.
- Experience with Local SEO, Paid search campaign, Featured Snippet SEO, Content Copywriting/Planning/Management, Basic/Fundamental Know-how of Back-end Coding.
- Knowledgeable in SEO BluePrint training, any tools/software related to SEO (such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.), Google Workspace, and any similar PM tool to Asana.
- At least 8GB RAM to handle multiple web-based applications, wired unlimited internet connection (involves heavy file up/downloads, consumable subscription is not enough), working camera for tea ---------- etings, and a comfortable + zero distraction workspace/office

We’ll provide an industry high-value (literally and figuratively) training but won’t spoon-feed, so we’re looking for someone who’s a self-starter and willing to learn and unlearn as we grow. If you are well-spoken both in writing and calls when communicating with tea ---------- mbers, we’d love to add energy that will drive our team in completing our goals!

Who we aren’t going to consider:

- Anyone currently working with a direct competitor or any SEO campaigns.
- Someone with any chance of possible overlapping schedules within our business hours regardless of your assigned shift (We’ll be able to know, of course. Even if you don’t tell us, so don’t try.).
- Lack of experience working with a remote team and a foreign clientele.
- If you prefer working independently or without consistent team collaboration.

We work during business hours/days in the U.S. Central time zone, but you’ll work on rotational shifts monthly among tea ---------- mbers.

Most of our employees work with us for more or less 3-4 years on average and leave for various personal reasons, so no, this is not a project-based job. Even though you work at home, we’ll send you a company-branded uniform, and have monthly virtual parties, just because… we treat everyone as a family member and look out for each other. We have selected paid U.S. holidays too for you to have more time for yourself or whoever.
