We are looking for a talented Video Editor & Content Specialist to edit & manage our organic content strategy specifically for creating "short" content to distribute on platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and IG Reels.

This role is 100% virtual and you can work from anywhere with a flexible schedule.

Who is this for?
Hardworking, creative, talented video editor.

You should have:

[-] Experience editing videos specifically for TikTok.
[-] Understand the TikTok algorithm & key metrics to grow.
[-] Experienced with editing softwares (e.g. Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut)
[-] Obsessed with everything to do with social media. You live and breathe it.
[-] Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
[-] Methodical; catching subtleties & nuances, and extreme attention to the small details -- you get absolutely lit up about any improvement to become better at your craft.
[-] Excellent independent self-starter, self-motivator who can also collaborate with myself and our team to always be improving.
[-] Good with special effects, motion graphics, etc.
[-] Creative mind and storytelling skills.
[-] You are LOYAL and looking for a LONG-term commitment.

Responsibilities:
[-] Editing content segments, adding captions, distributing onto YouTube Shorts, Tik Tok & IG Reels.
[-] Posting & distributing content onto YouTube, Tik Tok & IG Reels for our clients.
[-] Input music, dialogues, graphics, captions, effects, etc. to make engaging content.
[-] Continuously discover and implement new edits to improve performance

Skills:
[-] Proficient in professional editing softwares (Final Cut Pro preferred, although other editing softwares are fine, if you’re a wizard)
[-] Motion graphics, on-screen captions, sound design/effects.
[-] Photoshop (or similar) to create clickable Thumbnails.
