Senior Accountant Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a FULL-TIME superstar Senior Accountant Virtual Assistant starting November 1st, 2022 to provide support to our growing team! We are a North American based firm who is seeking an experienced Accounting professional who strives to succeed and is willing to learn. This role is FULL-TIME at 37 hrs per week/148 hrs per month).

If you are a dedicated Senior Accountant or CPA who is a great team player, has great attention to detail, holds 3+ years of experience in Accounting and is comfortable working in a graveyard position then we want to hear from you! Duties/Responsibilities:

As a Senior Accountant Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for:

-Reconciliation of Accounts
-Review of Financial Statements
-Maintenance of Subsidiary Ledgers
-Preparation of Financial Statements and Reports
-Financial Analysis
-Closing of Accounting Records
-Income Tax Return Preparation (Individual/Corporation)

Job Details:
-Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9AM - 5pm PST / Friday 9AM - 3pm PST

Job Requirements:
-A professional level of written/spoken English
-Education: Accounting degree
-Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Senior Accounting role (preferred if you hold a CPA)
-You are familiar with Accounting software (Xero, Karbon, Tax Cycle)
-Working graveyard is an absolute must, you must be comfortable working in a North American time zone (9AM – 5PM PST TIME ZONE // 12AM-8AM PHILIPPINES TIME ZONE)
-MUST have a clear and strong internet connection with a BACK-UP GENERATOR if you are working from your home office (minimum 50 Mbps)
-Must provide your own laptop/work equipment

Bonus Points:
-You have worked for a North American (USA or Canada) Accounting firm as a Virtual
Accountant in the past
