JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Retention Campaign Manager to join our team. As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of email marketing, SMS marketing, client happiness, managing a team of copywriters and designers. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills with Klaviyo, communication skills, team management skills, and a creative / analytical mind and approach to marketing campaigns. What This Role Entails
- Manage a team of a copywriter and designer to help create campaigns.
- Spearhead marketing campaign direction, growth and execution.
- Conducting market research to better understand consumer behaviors.
- Implement email and SMS marketing best practices.
- Identify target audience and grow our email list.
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
- Write newsletters including all company updates
- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Manage our sales and content copywriters to get the content that will produce results.

What This Role Will Help Build
You will be responsible for planning and developing our overall email marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing the strategy, leading your team and ensuring that the business goals are met. To succeed in this role, you need to be creative, analytical, self-driven, and detail-oriented. Above all, you need to be a good team player and you have an established team management experience in handling small to medium size group.

Position Requests and Requirements
Skill Set
- Technically skilled at Klaviyo, Shopify, email marketing platforms, campaign management, and general knowledge on emails for ecommerce.
- Hands on experience with Klaviyo and content management systems
- Proficient using marketing automation technology
- Above average written and spoken English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Must be highly organized and possess strong attention to detail.

Experience
- Past experience with email marketing for ecommerce.
- Experience using tools like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Postscripts and Shopify.
- Technically proficient in email and SMS campaign management, setting up intricate automations, syncing email, social media, digital ad campaigns, testing measurement and optimization across various owned and paid channels.
- Experience with ClickUp or a similar platform preferred but not required.
