JOB OVERVIEW

Oatlabs is seeking two part time (20 hours per week) Recruiter / Onboarding Manager's to recruit and onboard new photography / art / crochet instructors to teach classes around the world in our Photography / art / crochet Groups.

Key responsibilities include:
-Action recruiting requests from the coordinators as soon as they are allocated to you.
-Put up job ads for the cities needing an Instructor on various job platforms.
-Filter applications and select the strongest applicant with all the attributes to make a successful instructor.
-If no successful applicants are found using job sites, pursue other avenues of searching e.g. google, Instagram, facebook etc
-Email the strongest applicants and set up onboarding help by zoom if requested.
-Onboard the new instructor into our system and assist in set up of first two classes before handing over to the coordinator.
-Assist the instructors in the development of an exciting range of photography/art/crochet events to inspire engagement with our brand
-Provide an exceptional onboarding experience equipping the new recruit with all the necessary information before hand over.
-Seek to identify continuous improvement opportunities wherever possible.
-Work closely and collaboratively with the coordinates to ensure vacancies are recruited to in a timely manner.

Other requirements:
The ability to work remotely
Own laptop/desktop computer and internet access
An interest or experience in photography/art/crochet is beneficial
