Video Editor for Gamer/Content Creator

I am a Call of Duty/Warzone Twitch streamer and content creator that is looking for an experienced video editor to help increase our brand presence. The ideal person is bright, ambitious and has experience in creating videos, clips and montages.

Your Job Role:
Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading it to a computer.
Following a script, screenplay, or outline.
Structuring content for capturing & retaining ---------- putting effects to enhance video
Inputting music and sound to enhance ---------- putting graphics and b-roll to enhance footage.
Edits video according to timestamps to be used across social media and websites
Creates engaging videos and graphics for social media platforms. Types of videos and graphics you’ll be working on include, but not limited to:
YouTube long form videos (10min+)
Youtube Shorts
TikTok videos
IG Reels

Types of tasks you will consistently be expected to do:

1. Create highly engaging videos (using stock footage + pre-recorded footage) for Youtube and YouTube shorts.
2. Easily put text overlays on different videos
3. BONUS - optimize audio + raw footage to make it sound and look better.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must know how to edit shorter clips from the longer source material
Experience with adding captions to videos
Deep expertise on content creation for social channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro)
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity.
Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.
Creative mind and storytelling skills.
Strong organizational skills.

Hourly rate: $4-$8 depending on experience
