In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all clients as well as our internal teams to resolve any client issues, assist with new requests as well as continued follow up on previous communications that remain outstanding daily.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Professional, accurate, and friendly verbal communication skills to answer inbound calls, respond to messages within 24 hours, and make outbound attempts to resolve client and internal inquires regarding questions, and concerns relating to the accounts from both our clients as well as our internal teams.
Professional, accurate, and friendly written communication in messaging format to send new requests, respond to inquiries, and to complete follow ups with our clients and internal teams daily.
Working escalations forwarded to our team to obtain documentation and or validation on outstanding requests and or to address concerns.
Work independently remotely while maintaining focus and regular communication with the internal teams.
Multi-Tasking skills to work within multiple programs while maintaining your messages, working through Voxer, and working your tasks down on our management software, ClickUp on a daily basis.
Attention to detail to review and understand our company’s objectives, stay compliant with specific client requests, and to understand details of the WorkPlay Method with clients.
Regular follow up is to be completed on all requests previously sent that have not been resolved with both clients and our internal teams. This communication is both verbal and written by utilizing the Voxer platform and Clickup software.

What are the requirements needed for this position?
Fluent Written and Spoken English
Strong customer service skills.
Must be able to type 40 wpm.
Able to conduct professional communication both verbally as well as written with clients and internal staff, via Voxer and ClickUp daily.
Staying focused while maintaining company expectations and working independently remotely with continued communication throughout the day with our internal teams.
High attention to detail.
Be able to priorities your work day and stay on track independently.
Tracking and communicating the work you complete on a daily
Utilize reminders available within our system to set follow ups to complete additional outreach as necessary due to non response on previously requested information.
Learn, train and having the ability to utilize Voxer and ClickUp.
Ability to multi-task within several programs while maintaining accuracy and allotted timeline with the work you are completing.
