Sales Administrator

Job Description:
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for reporting to the Brand Sales Manager, Brittany Aanestad and a desginated Brand Consultant. The Sales Administrator will assist with, including, but not limited to:

-Account Onboarding & Management: check-in emails, retrieving Uniform Resale Certificates, sending W9 forms, and assisting in as requested Salesforce and QuickBooks data entry where necessary.
-Build Presentations: Upon request, source and build products from suppliers.-Scheduled Reporting: lead, account and work order reporting
-Inventory & Price Checks: at Vendors by SKU, size, color, quantity, and negotiated rate.
-Communicating status changes to clients as requested by Brand ---------- pending on the applicant skill set and availability, we may distribute additional tasks. We are looking for someone to join our team that wants to grow and work alongside us as we continue to rapidly expand year over year. Overall, we are looking for ongoing and consistent administrative support across a variety of tasks, eventually growing into a management role.
