Position Summary:
We are looking for a diligent night auditor to join our staff. You will be responsible for all guest communication, including but not limited to direct communication and online review through various marketing sites. Disbursement of information collected to various departments throughout the company for improved service and efficiency.

To be successful as a night auditor, you should have excellent attention to detail, financial savvy, and a strong aptitude for customer service. Top candidates will be able to manage their time wisely in order to prioritize their various duties properly.

Responsibilities:
Answering the phones for Guest issues and overnight emergencies
Responding to Guests concerns and scheduling emergency maintenance
Completing all reviews for Guests and responding to public reviews
Auditing the listings for their performance and suggesting improvements
Ensuring all marketing channels are connected to our property management software (Airbnb, VRBO, ---------- , etc.)
Building reports of guests' concerns for work orders and collecting overall ratings
Assessing the performance of properties long-term
Running revenue reports for properties compared to goals
Checking that all reservations are secured and paid for
Checking for overdue work orders and pushing them to the next day
Other operational support and project management

Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in working with Google workspace
Past experience in customer service or hospitality.
Experience with accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
Proficiency with computers.
Analytical mind, with strong attention to detail and an affinity for numbers.
Good organizational and time-management ---------- lf-motivated, proactive work ethic.
Strong aptitude for customer service.
Available to work Friday-Monday mornings from 12 am-10:30 am ---------- pensation:
Monthly: $700.
