The Business Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all operations of E2W Inc. Implements strategies to ensure productivity while also evaluating how well the business performs on various tasks within a specific time frame.
This role must be well-versed in all matters of business. He/She will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
Establishing the company’s goals and
Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets
Coordinate and oversee the execution of company operations
Suggest improvements in order to upgrade for company operations process
Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources needed to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
Supervise the work of contractors and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Developing a comprehensive company budget and performing periodic budget analyses
Build long-term relationships with all key stakeholders
Create plans to address clients’ business needs
Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied
Act as point of contact for requests, complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
Collect, research, track and analyze relevant business data
Write and present reports with findings and insights
Perform complex analysis of overall company performance against objectives
Serve as a face of the company during client meetings
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
Graduate of Business Management or relevant field;
Proven experience as business manager or relevant role of at least 5 years from a Digital Marketing Industry
Outstanding leadership abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing, Google Suites and CRM
Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight
