Currently looking for a Remote Business Development Representative to undertake the following tasks:
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients via phone and
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
Build reports to present to the manager.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Experience selling to the multifamily industry preferred
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (e.g.: inbound, outbound, field sales)
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with Yardi Matrix as CRM Tool
Fluency in MS Office.
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Ability to gain conviction and leverage relationships through persuasiveness, negotiation, and influence on all levels of an organization
Consultative problem-solving skills
Highly effective oral and written communication skills
Time management, including organizing & planning skills
Guardian of company culture (ethics, brand builder, integrity)
Commitment to continuous learning
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
30MBPS or higher internet speed
i5 or higher processor
Minimum of 8 GB RAM
Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
