Youtube Video Ad Editor

I'm looking for someone to join my team and create Youtube ad videos for me. You'll receive scripts, Voiceover Audio software and access to Stock footage if needed. Videos range from 1min to 3 minute.

You need to be available between 9am and 5pm UK time.

I run an affiliate marketing business so I'm looking for someone who understands consumer psychology, 3-5 second ad hooks, split tests and marketing fundamentals.

I'm looking to produce a minimum of 9 videos per week - around 2 mins long, using stock footage.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating Youtube Ad Videos
- Researching Competitor Videos
- Creating new Hooks (First 5 seconds of video) for improved performance on winning ad videos
- Creating new video opening scenes (First 25% of video) for improved ad performance
- Researching Emotive stock footage for video scenes
- Making suggestions on script changes for improved performance
