** Job Description

According to your experience, the salary is negotiable. In addition to your salary, you get performance bonuses, and after six and twelve months with us, you get more benefits in terms of pay & perks. There are numerous chances for growth and promotion.

This is appropriate for someone who works hard and has a genuine desire to learn, improve, get experience, establish themselves, and assume more responsibility.

You'll get a lot of knowledge. You'll never feel at ease if you just keep going. This is a difficult job, but there's a lot of support available to you to help you get better.

You will be responsible for researching marketing strategies to increase your knowledge. Numerous top-notch online training courses will be available to you, along with coaching from the CEO and other team members. Additionally, you'll get the chance to complete the task yourself, learn from your mistakes, and improve.

You will directly assist the CEO in achieving and exceeding growth objectives (traffic, leads, sales).

** You will be expected to do the following:
- Plan your week & tasks following a precise planning strategy
- Build funnels in ActiveCampaign
- Set up ActiveCampaign Logic
- Use Zapier to automate journeys
- Create supporting assets (copy, email) using both your writing & design skills
- Brief other team members or vendors for remainder of assets (typically video)
- Create supporting assets (sites) in WordPress using Elementor
- Report on KPIs on a weekly & monthly basis
- Map out funnels using Geru.com
- Use licenced framework and implement under client / own brands.
- Test & create launch funnels for upsells & downsells

We use WordPress, Elementor and ActiveCampaign for our marketing. So any experience with these platforms or similar is a must.

Our project management system, ClickUp, is where tasks will be set up, and you need to use it every day.

For some of these jobs, we have detailed SOPs (standard operating procedures) that tell us how to do them. For others, we need to figure out how to do them. When you are given a task that requires you to figure out how to do something, you will be expected to research how to do it, come up with options, and get approval before putting the plan into action.

There will be a 3-month trial period for the role to check that we are a good match for each other (fully paid of course).

** Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- extremely organized. Building a funnel involves hundreds of tasks, and you'll need to be able to keep track of all of them and make sure nothing gets missed.
- able to agree and hit milestones on your own.
- a great communicator who can use English to work well with Slack, Email, Loom, and Zoom (written and spoken)
- hard-working, we don’t mess around here. We get a lot done very quickly. You will need to as well.
- smart and good at figuring things out. There are a lot of problems to solve. You should try to figure out the options on your own before asking for help.
- a good author and able to produce texts, copies for the funnels that won't require proofreading.
- flexible and available full time.
- experienced with building funnels and digital marketing, such as blogging, social media, webinars, email marketing, etc.
- knowledgable in software for automation and building sales funnels (2+ years or more).
- fun, likes to laugh. We joke around a lot, even though we work hard.

You don't have to have experience in every part of the job, but the more experience you have, the better.
