Experienced Sales Agent / BPO / Call Center

As a Sales Specialist / Recruiter you will be responsible for:

Selecting the candidates applying for Placement and Volunteering positions with Angloville. Running an active recruitment process: video-conferencing with applicants from the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland etc, following up and ensuring recruitment targets are met. Offering placements on Angloville programs and other solutions to successful candidates. Being actively involved in creating new Recruitment opportunities through approaching candidates of desired profile directly.

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of tele-sales experience
* Minimum 5 years of work experience in English-speaking environment
* Demonstrated trackrecord of achieved sales targets (you will need to demonstrate it in the recruitment process)
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Ability to work with ambitious sales targets and exceed them
* At least 5 mbps internet speed both for upload and download (Remote position)
