1. (People Management) You must have multiple years of documented successful team management experience, documented personality and leadership skills, SOP development, KPI Tracking.

2. (Technical Management) Website optimization quality assurance, Listing performance and SEO management
Internal communication best practices, platforms, ticket system, data base information management.

3. Years of property maintainence management, multiple bid system for contractors, in depth knowledge of residential real estate maintainence and repair costs, hiring and evaluation.

4.Years of documented Hospitality, Hotel, Housekeeping, Guest Communication, experience with 5 Star Orientation.
