Lead Generation (Buyers/Sellers) for Licensed Healthcare Business Broker
Healthcare Biz Brokers is a healthcare-based brokerage that is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic “lead generator.” You will work closely with a licensed broker on a day-to-day basis and with time you will learn the brokerage’s ongoing and very dynamic businesses for sale inventory. We will provide training in our specific needs and our healthcare niche. We do not expect you to know what we do, since our business model is extremely unique. We believe in mentoring so if this is something that you are seeking, we can totally offer this to you. Our aim is in creating a long-term professional working relationship with you, not a short-term stint.
Your main role would be to make contact with potential clients looking at either selling or looking a buying a healthcare business in California. Our brokerage specializes in the selling and acquisition of healthcare businesses by seller and buyers, respectively. We facilitate the process by working with one or both parties to legally transfer the corporation stocks from the seller to the buyer along with assisting them with their required due diligence.
This is a work from home position since we currently do not have a physical call center in the Philippines. We are not a “talent manager” company – you will work with us directly.
Position Expectations:
(1) Know how to extrapolate from public sources: locations/contact information to reach out to owners of healthcare businesses in California and to make a connection with them to introduce our services and hopefully generate a lead. We call this “fishing.”
(2) Know how to extrapolate from public sources: locations/contact information to reach out to potential buyers of healthcare businesses in California and to make a connection with them to ascertain if we have a good fit for them.
(3) Know what a Confidential Offering Memorandum (COM) entails and how to a COM and how to prepare financials for a sale.
(4) Know how to find other broker postings and match these postings with our in-house buyer leads to create an opportunity for a sale to be consummated. Another form of “fishing.”
(5) Know how to work with other brokers who have buyers and match them with our in-house businesses for sale inventory. Another form of “fishing.”
(6) To understand how to talk about a business listing or to talk to a potential seller in an intelligible manner.
(7) To understand how to effectively communicate with a listing broker and or a buyer’s broker to ascertain if there is an opportunity for a sale to occur. (Also known as a Broker Cooperating Agreement).
(8) Monitor/Respond to CRM text threads that pertain to “new” buyer leads and to “new” seller leads.
(9) Monitor/Respond to Buyer and Seller Leads that come in from a variety of third-party websites
(10) Read/Respond/Communicate to all lead
(11) Appointment Scheduling (“Setter”) and Appointment Confirmations for leads that require face to face meetings.
(12) Monitor ALL marketing advertisements on third-party websites and to be on the lookout of any new businesses that come onto the market.

(16) We do expect that you will read and understand this Ad – meaning that you will know which ad you are replying to us about, that you ask questions to clarify what is on this ad, and that you took the time to read and understand our needs.
(17) Understand how to implement and use Ring Central as a means to work with our team.
(18) We do expect that you “farm” your leads on a daily basis.
We know that the above list may be daunting or intimidating. We will provide training which depending on your learning style, your level of retention and your own eagerness to learn will vary. We will say that if you are eager to learn, we are eager to teach, but it will take a lot of dedication on your time. This dedication is something we can’t offer; it must be a drive that you have. This is one reason that we will be limiting this position to 1-2 candidates only. Once we have it filled, we will start the journey together.
Traits that we are looking for include:
(A) You must have the gift of marketing, the gift of “gab,” – you must be a “people person” with charisma and charm with an ability to instill trust in others.
(B) Ability to multi-task.
(C) Must be detailed oriented.
(D) Proficient in MS Suites, Google workspace platforms.
(E) Ability to follow up to ALL client/customer needs within minutes of request.
(F) Honesty – we realize that you will be in the Philippines – and this point is very important – we are looking for someone to be honest with their time commitment. Our position will be based on both project-based tasks and daily tasks that need to be done regardless of what transaction is our pipeline.
(G) Tonality. We expect a VA with a professional and friendly on-line, text, phone presence. This is imperative since we are customer service driven.
(H) Fast Learner. If you are a fast learning, tech-savvy and quick to learn new technology, this will be a definite plus.
(I) Problem Solver. If you can work independently, make mindful decisions in a timely manner with maturity, this will be a
(J) Confidentiality. Our clients personal and business information requires you to have a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
(K) Coping Skills. If you can cope well with changes and create solutions as they develop, this will be a plus.

SHIFT: We are open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., PST (California, USA). Your potential lead generation clients (both buyers and sellers) will be located in California. We do ask that your time worked be tracked via a program such as Time Doctor or Time Proof.
BENEFITS: We will pay you $300 US Dollars per month for the first three months which will include all training and thereafter we will pay you on a commission-based
LAST NOTES: We will not pay any type of payroll or salary advance at any time of the employment relationship (please don’t ask). We will do a 90-day probationary period with you to make sure that you are a good fit with us and vice versa. All applicants will be subject to a reference and background check. You will be interviewed by the broker and our RN Healthcare Consultant/Supervisor that works with our sister consulting company.
