Job description
Assist the tax team with tax admin work and follow up to make sure all tasks are complete and done.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
• Collate and distribute mail
• General office duties.
• Prepare communications, such as memos,
• Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
• Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
• Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
• Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organization
• Assists in daily organizational, filing, scheduling, and workflow tasks
• Answers incoming calls, takes messages and/or routes calls as appropriate
• Processes all travel and expense reports in a timely and efficient manner
• Reconciles monthly credit card statements
• Processes incoming mail and organizes, routes, and distributes appropriately
• Work cross-functionally internally and with external vendors to host Organization’s upcoming events.
