DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cater all inbound and outbound calls coming from doctor office for RX Prescriptions chase or follow up
Cater all inbound and outbound calls coming from patient calls for RX Prescriptions chase or follow ---------- ter all inbound and outbound calls coming from patient calls for Chart notes and other Medical Records document chase or follow up.
Reviewing and Verifying Chart notes and medical records that will be submitted to the patient's insurance for reimbursement.
Reviewing and Uploading received documents to the patient's record.
They need to check if the document(s) that we received are good or if they need to be returned and/or request a new one.
