Daytime ph remote security guard 30 minutes of work per hour

This job requires about 20-30 minutes of your time per hour, you ARE authorized to work on other non-work-related activities duriing work time because you only have the below responsibilities, but note the job is VERY SERIOUS because it is a time sensitive job. We need people who are ACTION ORIENTED and who know how to respond in EMERGENCIES such as when guests get noisy, or if we have a plumbing issue in the middle of the night.

Remote security guard: $1.50 /hr
9PM PST - 3:30AM Paciicic time, daytime PH, 7 DAYS A WEEK
Monitor cams and noise monitoring equipment
Send reports every 30 mins
Report unauthorized guests (bonus task!)
Mitigate loud noise
Mitigate unauthorized parties (bonus task!)
Send pics of guest check ins
Respond to airbnb and VRBO messages
Handle guest complaints if they come in
