Expert E-Commerce Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our E-Commerce (Dropshipping) company (currently small team of 5 employees):

Daily Tasks:
-Monitor performance of the team
-Improves processes, optimize workflows
-Define and document KPIs
-Documents SOPs (Standard operating procedure)
-Leading Meetings
-Make sure we hit sales goals

Requirements:
-Excellent English & Communication Skills
-Experience with project management tools like: Trello, Asana, Click-up, Notion
-Experience working in E-Commerce company
-Understanding of current digital marketing (Facebook Advertising for instance)
