Looking for SEO Expert for Shopify Ecommerce Pet Supply Store in the USA

My company is looking to hire an SEO master for full time work building the rankings using WHITE HAT TECHNIQUES ONLY. We will be monitoring the traffic and your work to ensure that you are providing only high quality backlinks from non-spammy, highly relevant websites. 

You should:
- be based in the Philippines 
- speak and write PERFECT English 
- have relevant seo leadership experience that is proven with feedback (you will need to provide references of the past people you have worked for)
- be a dog lover
- be a shopify expert
- be a natural leader who can work autonomously and report back on your progress on a daily basis. 
- be looking to work with the same company for full time work for the long term

Here is an outline of your 4 main categories of work that you will be responsible for:

*1. KEYWORD PLANNING*
     - You will be responsible for maintaining a spreadsheet of keyword research similar to the one attached. Using the MOZ keyword tool and other tools you will need to find strategic keywords to target for the homepage and the product pages, as well as long tail keywords for blog posts. This spreadsheet is one of your most important duties, because finding high quality keywords to target will set us up for long term success.
    - the research should go beyond the basic Google keyword planner information. You need to dig deep to find keywords from a variety of tools, including the Google suggested searches and other search engines.
     - the keywords that we work with will need to be mostly "buying intent keywords." In other words, "dog" is not a good keyword, but "price of coconut oil for dogs" would be better. This is because of search term intent, and it's very important that we are strategic about that for the home and product pages.

*2. ON PAGE OPTIMIZATION*
     - Currently our site is set up to load quickly, it is mobile friendly, and has a basic seo groundwork, but after the keyword research is complete, you will be responsible for doing a complete audit of every page on the website.
     - you will have to create a spreadsheet like the one attached for every page either the target keyword we should be targeting and all of the key seo metrics so that we know what is good and what we need to improve.
     - After the audit is complete, you will be responsible for going through the site and cleaning up the code, making sure links are working and load time is fast, you will have to create engaging and strategic titles, metadata, image alt tags, headers etc. for every page. Basically you will use the spreadsheet as the guide for what you need to accomplish.
      - keep an updated xml sitemap to submit to search engines

*3. OFF PAGE SEO* 
     - good link building is crucial to our seo success
     - you will be responsible for creating a spreadsheet like the one attached of high quality, primarily USA based websites that you think might be able to offer us a backlink that are high in authority. You should look for sites that link to our competitors, sites that have dead links, etc.
     - Your primary responsibility is creating HIGH QUALITY backlinks. we do not care about the volume of backlinks you create, we care about the quality of backlinks you create.
     - Interacting in forums and in blog comments related to our niche to link back to website and add value to the community
     - Submitting the site to relevant, high quality directories
     - emailing other website owners that link to our competition or that feature dead links to link to our site instead. 
      - emailing bloggers to offer free products for review and link to our site. 

*4. ANALYTICS*
     - you will need to provide a monthly Google analytics report that show us how we are doing in terms of the quality of our traffic and the sources it comes from
     - you will need to provide a monthly keyword ranking report so that we can track our progress in ranking for specific keywords.



Schedule:
You will need to be available during at least a few daytime US hours during each week. This is so that we can meet regularly. Communication and organization is key to this position. We can work out the details of this.

The total number of hours you will work per month is 160, or 40 hours per week.

In your proposal, please include the city that you are in, and a list of the pro seo tools that you own. If you have the seomoz pro membership you should let us know that as well.


Payment:
The first 2-3 months will be considered a trial to test your communication and skill level. If the initial two months are a success, and you are a dedicated employee, then your pay can increase with the quality of your results. Additionally, if the initial two-three months are a success, we will discuss a percentage based pay, based on the amount of sales that you generate from the website.
