Loan Officer Assistant/US Mortgage Processor

Looking for someone to assist me with the day to day activities in running a mortgage business, contacting realtors, creating marketing materials, structuring and running loans through LP, DU and Lender applications, contacting buyers, sellers and third party professionals with file updates and requests. Must be familiar with mortgages, credit, real estate and be available when applications come in. Experience with FHA Conventional, NonQM mortgages a plus.
