MS Project, Power point and market research

I require someone with the skills to:
1. Create a power point presentation - small project
2. Create process flow diagrams in MS project - small project
3. Do market research on property in different areas of the UK - ongoing part time
4. Do research on selected companies and do a business analysis. - small project
5. General admin work - ongoing part time with a view to becoming full time
Preferred background in MS power point and MS project and Excel. Research skills. Business analytics skills. Some accounting skills would also be useful but not essential.
