Job description
Wholesale Distribution Product data entry and general office to include some graphics work.
Join a company with a great culture! Fox Scientific is hiring for a product data entry person. This person would be responsible for keeping up to 300,000 part numbers in our mainframe updated and current to include pricing and product ---------- ndidate should have prior experience working in either a manufacturing or wholesale industry and updating the company's ERP system with vendor product ---------- ndidate should also enjoy creating color graphics and pictures for marketing materials.
This is an on-site office position. After training, partial remote hours may be available.
Training available:
Other Job Duties include:
Working on our Web Sales Order Entry system
Verify company SOP's and best practices are used
Ordering office supplies and equipment
Daily and weekly review of reports
Graphics work:
Create business cards labels postcards and other marketing material
Create and maintain a certificate of analysis for chemicals
Send MSDS sheets to customers
Create training & PowerPoint and videos when required
Preferred candidate would have experience with enterprise-level ERP software and ---------- ndidates with experience with Epicor Eclipse will be giving a preference.
Job is fully remote 8-5 Monday - Friday

Schedule:

Experience:
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
Eclipse: 1 year (Preferred)
