Finance Manager/Billing Specialist

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to help us serve clients in the pet space!

Our new Finance Manager will:

Run the Treasury Department, Billing and Collections Department
Collect on delinquent accounts
Negotiate repayment plans
Update account information upon settling of payments
Monitor overdue accounts
Maintain files on the financial status of client accounts
Receive and post payments to accounts
Keep track of existing client's balances
Manage multiple client accounts at once

Our new Finance Manager is responsible for sending invoices to clients and monitoring outstanding balances to ensure each account is paid on time and/or in full.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel/Word etc.
Able to calculate sales commissions
Can develop a strategy and adapt when things are not working
Solid knowledge of Finance best practices
Understands budgetary constraints and workarounds
Phone Etiquette
Maintains the highest level of ethical standards
