Inside Sales Agent (ISA) Real Estate

Core Group Realty is growing and we are looking to hire experienced Real Estate ISA’s!
We are looking for hardworking people who also like to have fun and work in a team environment.
Salary for this position ranges from $4 to $6 per hour based on past experience. We also provide performance bonuses!

Job description:
We’re looking to hire experienced Inside Sales Agents to join our team. The ideal ISA has the ability to identify sales opportunities, follow lead conversion procedures, take initiative, and set appointments for our Realtor tea ---------- mbers.

Experience in the following areas is preferred:
At least 1 year experience in calling Real Estate leads
Experienced in using Follow Up Boss or similar real estate CRM
Experience in using Ylopo
Skilled in speaking and writing in English (Spanish speaking ISAs are also desired, but not required)
Must show a track record of showing up to work on time with few missed days of work
Can work 40 hours per week (either 5 days 8 hours, or 4 days 10 hours)
Customer service oriented (no pushy sales techniques)
Must be able to work in a team environment as well as be self-managed and self-disciplined.

Duties:
Outbound calling to real estate clients (home sellers and buyers)
Responsible for converting incoming calls, texts, and emails to appointments and transferring to agents via FUB or Slack.
Circle Prospecting
Reporting metrics to team leads

We provide Bonus opportunities after the provisionary period as well as PTO and Holiday pay after the provisionary period. Our VA’s and ISA’s are fully integrated into our team. We huddle with the team 3x weekly. You will be working alongside one of the best ISA teams in the country. Training provided, and growth opportunities available as we grow.
