Video Editor primarily for YouTube

Your first goal will be to streamline and take over my video editing process.

I am looking for an experienced video editor (Final Cut Pro preferred) who can initially spend 8-10 hours per week editing and/or re-editing 1 to 2 videos

I run an online coaching business for doctors. As part of this, I have a busy YouTube channel called Career Doctor. Unfortunately, I have not been able to post to this channel as regularly as I would like due to being busy in other parts of my business.

You will take on the role of editing my videos, learning and improving my style.

I generally produce 5 to 15-minute long Vlog-style videos for YouTube. When I have time and where appropriate I will cross-post these to Facebook, LinkedIn and occasionally Instagram and Tik Tok.

Your initial focus will be on YouTube video production. The initial role includes:
- editing, adding titles and graphics, images, B-roll, music and sound effects to my videos
- uploading to happy scribe for subtitle generation (and checking subtitles)

As we work together over time and streamline the process I would also like you to become responsible for:
- uploading the video to YouTube and optimizing the title and description
- re-editing for other social media formats

I have team licenses for stock B-Roll, images, music, sound and Apple Motion effects, title generator add-ons etcetera. I also have team access to Picmaker (similar to Canva) for thumbnail creation and happy scribe for subtitle generation, as well as a range of other software to assist in video production.

There may be other opportunities to gain additional hours with my company based on your performance and skill set.

I have been running my company AdvanceMed since 2016 and have been working with remote workers consistently since then. I hired my first Virtual Assist from online ---------- approximately 18 months ago and we are both happy with the contribution that she has made to the growth of my company.
