Staffing Agent/Outreach Manager

Attention Indeed Talents! We are seeking an exceptional Outreach Manager to join our team. The main task is to act as the organization's liaison and audience.

We are looking for a full-time Outreach Manager who would be in charge of increasing professional networks and partnerships within the digital marketing and consulting industries so that our Certified Graduates can be placed in rewarding careers and have their professional and personal lives significantly better.

Many of our students are seeking change and or looking to acquire self development, mastery of life skills and fulfillment. We are leaders in the online coaching industry.

Outreach Manager Responsibilities:
Work With Placement Director to determine available and stellar Certified Graduates
Act as a link between Business Partners in different fields and the graduating students seeking employment opportunities
Organic Outreach for potential business partners that are in need of closers and setters
Warm Market referrals
Host Period virtual career fairs, host group interviews, etc..

Requirements:
Strong business and business communication acumen with the ability to secure partnerships and maintain these relationships.
Must have experience growing social media accounts
MUST know how Instagram and Youtube Algorithms work
Self-starter who needs little management
Excellent project management and a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and communicate effectively with business owners and C-Level executives
Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a high intense sales environment
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and effectively communicate high-level sales concepts to ---------- sire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals

The position is Full Time (virtual) between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST Monday through Friday.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission-Based Salary
Salary: 400 per month with the possibility to earn commission.
