Email Marketing Specialist

Fresh Talent Sources is looking for an Email Marketer - Remote. The BEmail Marketer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, and the dissemination of copy, and will also be required to collaborate with coworkers across departments to ensure maximum uptake of offerings.


Responsibilities:

Builds and manages email campaigns - works cross-functionally to develop strategy and write copy for email campaigns that onboard, engage, and retain potential and current customers.
Understands the customer lifecycle - understands email marketing concepts and metrics pertaining to customer segments, customer engagement, and the customer ---------- asures results to evaluate and optimize campaigns - identifies opportunities for continual improvement in email and other digital marketing efforts.
Create bulk of emails - essentially be writing emails in bulk for launching campaigns, follow-up emails, funnels for multiple clients.


Qualifications:

Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.
Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role.
Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software.
Excellent project management skills are specific to marketing.
Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities.
Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content.
Drive, ingenuity, and gumption.
Willingness to work extended hours to ensure that projects are completed, as needed.
