Business Development Manager (Media Sales)
The Business Development Manager will be in charge of increasing the company's revenue by expertly discovering new and untapped markets and relationships. This person is responsible for generating new sales leads, negotiating client contracts, and forecasting sales revenue. He or she must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and commission-driven, as well as have strong sales and marketing skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Manage our existing sales pipeline as well as the development of new business opportunities.
• Take the lead in creating new business proposals and presentations that generate and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
• Analyze new-venture integration to develop strategies and positions.
• Drive marketing partnerships with new and existing clients, pitch marketing promotion ideas, and deliver successful partnership campaigns that are aligned with the business goals.

Qualifications/Skills:
• No minimum educational qualifications.

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales and negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage resources.
• Experience with project management and adaptability: Ability to re-prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
