Virtual Assistant Needed

Position: Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant for my Tee Business. If you hard working and have good experience in managing Tee Business, Then this JOB is for you.

Activities

As a Project Manager/ General Admin, your job will be to handle all tasks related to the tee business.

On a day to day basis, you will:

1. Find new T-Shirt ideas

2. Facilitate turnover of ideas to designers for design

3. Find targeting + advertising strategies while waiting for designs

4. Launch designs

5. Set up initial FB Ad Campaigns

6. Scale Campaigns (You are going to scale campaigns based on my guidance)

7. Optimize FB Ad Campaigns (You are going to manage and Optimize campaigns based on my guidance)

8. Social media management

REQUIREMENTS

1. Must have experience in tee Business

2. Efficient, fast and proactive way of working.

3. Must have good communication skills. Good at communicating back and forth with me.

4. Meets Deadlines--always

5. Understand Tee business - Knows which kind of design that sells (concepts, layout, colors, niche, etc)

6. I use Teespring, Viralstyle and Gearlaunch for my Tee Business. I am looking someone familiar with these platforms.

And above all other, you MUST be dedicated and hard working.

This is a FULL TIME position and BONUSES are available for TOP PERFORMING employees. Pay rate is negotiable. You will be given bonuses every month in addition to your regular salary. Bonus amount will depend upon sales performance.
