We are looking for a tea ---------- mber to serve as a Receptionist for our USA based business. You will not be required to do any cold calling or any sales. Your job is to answer phone and take messages or direct the call the appropriate person, Call customers to remind them of appointments, and accept payment as ---------- 's pretty simple... You will mostly serve as a phone receptionist answering inbound calls which may include taking payments over the phone (no selling... just processing payments), taking down messages or transferring the call to the appropriate person

We help a lot of people and you will be an important part of that process.

This is a full time job.

We need to hire immediately

Shift:

USA CST Mondays through Fridays - 8:30am - 5:00pm (PHI night 9:30pm to 6am).



This is not a hard labor job... just talking with customers, scheduling some appointments or taking payment information as needed, and transferring calls to the appropriate person. However, it's busy and you will be answering a lot of calls each day. You will need to have a good computer with good internet to make this ---------- pensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: 40,000 PHP per month

Quarterly Bonus: 20,000 PHP Every 3 months

Retirement Plan: We contribute $20 per week to a retirement fund that you use during retirement after age 60. This can be a considerable amount of money in retirement depending on your current age. For someone in their 20s, this would be around $200,000 at age 60 or around 47,000 PHP every month when you retire... this is a very good deal.

Health Care: We also give additional money every week for SSS or PhilHealth to our employees as needed.

Paid Time Off: We have paid time off and have some Philippine holidays off such as All Saints day etc.

We are very familiar with Philippine based VA's (we have 12 full time permanent) and include our Philippine friends as Pamilya, and as an important part of our staff. We have never had any of our Philippine friends quit as we treat everyone with respect and as an important part of our ---------- fact, we are took several of our Philippine friends on all expense paid trip for two to Boracay... it was a blast... as a way of saying thank you. Recently, June of 2023 we took our Philippine friends on another all expense paid trip for two to Bohol... Another blast.

(you will be texting and emailing using our online CRM and scheduling system so you need a good computer and internet)
