Amazon VA - Administrative Assistant - 100% Remote

**MISSION - We are looking for**

Someone that will make the company more efficient and organized

**This role is 100% work from home. Work hours are Philippines daytime hours.**

**TASKS - In this role, you will**

- Collect invoices
- Make payments
- Answering customer tickets
- Think of call topics and questions for each call the CEO has
- Attend each call of the CEO and summarize the key notes
- Exporting, updating and formatting reports in Google Sheets
- Make, organize or improve company documents and systems
- Product Research

**COMPETENCIES - You**

- Like the idea of becoming an allrounder; doing a lot of different tasks
- Are willing to work in the weekends and more then 40 hours per week
- Are the most organized person in your family
