The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supporting the Sales Team of Yokly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist sales tea
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Meet regularly with the team to identify areas of improvement and review career path progress
Lead the team to mastery of the sales process, systems, and product knowledge
Ensures CRM is up to date with accurate information and opportunities
Minimum requirements:
Completed at least 2 years in College
5 years up sales experience
Experience in Telemarketing
Experience in handling a team as a Supervisor or Manager
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Organized and self-driven
Adept in using Google Suite and other related office tools
With stable internet connection and backup internet
