Print on demand expert

I am looking for someone with experience of print on demand in England/ united kingdom to help me launch a print on demand business from the UK.
I already have a business and a shopify store but it is all stock and not print on demand.
I am interested in selling t shirts, notebooks, and other clothing products , I have an idea of the designs but would need someone creative to execute them.
I am looking for someone that can help with the whole process from designing the products right through to researching best companies to use and setting up the website and listing the products.

This is likely to be a project task of setting up the business and not a long term full time position although I may need your help again in the future with updating the website ad adding new products.
