JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small construction company in the United States and are needing someone to help with our construction management efforts.

Some sort of advanced degree related to construction is helpful (Architect, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer)

We are needing some immediate assistance with auditing our current environment and helping us to get better organized. Going forward, we need help with setting up good construction processes and systems and help with:

Scheduling
Estimating
Securing Vendor Bids
Pricing
Project budget management
Communicating with customers are project statuses
Read plans
Autocad 2D
3D CAD (not required, but certainly helpful)
etc.

Since you will be speaking with Vendors and Customers, good English speaking skills are essential. You must be able to talk with American's which can be a bit of a challenge because the American and Filipino cultures are a bit different. If you have experience talking with Americans already, that is certainly a plus.

If you've had experience in a call center, that is a plus.

Please, send a voice recording of some of your English speaking ability. You can record this in Vocaroo and attach the link.

You will need to work the necessary US business hours to accomplish your job.

We respect the Philippines regular holidays, special non-working days and special working days and offer a set number of personal days for you to cover these and vacation time. Since you will part of our operations team, you'll need to schedule time-off around projects when possible. We also recognize the 13th month pay (prorated for months with the company)

You'll be working with a team of Americans and Filipinos.

This can be a full-time or part-time position depending on several factors which we can discuss in the interview. We are open to both under certain circumstances.

You need a decent bit of experience actually doing project management.

Also, working remotely from home takes some discipline to do well - you must be able to handle the demands of the job while working at home, which is difficult to ---------- helps if you've done remote work before.

We are needing to fill this position immediately.

Thank you,

Stan Beck
