Social media / Copywriting / CRM management

Hi,
I am looking to hire a team of individuals that will help my insurance company with the following:
1. Copywriting Insurance content (Medicare, Health insurance etc)
2. Social media Management (posting on Facebook, Instagram, youtube etc)
3. Social media Ads on Facebook to generate leads and new customers
4. Graphic designing and editing videos (adding simple graphics and captions to videos)
5. Transcribing videos into scripts
6. CRM management

There may be more items here but we are looking for experienced individuals are can speak/read/write english very well. We may start individuals on as a part time basis and once good work is shown, increase to full time status.
