Responsibilities
Establish a success-driven, company-wide recruiting process that will attract top talent to our companies
Set up interviews with promising candidates and additional skills testing if necessary
Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information
Evaluate all applications for positions and note those with the right skills and experience for further review
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated in their position.
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.

Qualifications
Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates
Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process
Candidates must have strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills
At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred
4-year degree or equivalent work experience required

Compensation
800 + Commission
