Instagram and Social Media Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
• Instagram and Social Media Manager. Responsible for Content Creation and Boosting Engagement in Instagram
• General Assistant. Responsible for other tasks as assigned (will train for any new tasks)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creating Instagram posts/stories/reels (with relevant captions/hashtags)
• Strategizing on how to improve Instagram engagement
• Strategizing on how to gain more followers
• Ad-hoc tasks

QUALIFICATIONS
• Social Media Management experience
• Computer knowledge
• Proven ability to work with initiative, high attention to detail, organized
• Personal ethical standards
• Able to consistently and accurately follow established policies and procedures

COMPANY BACKGROUND
We are a Construction Company based in New Jersey offering renovation/installation/construction services. We also offer back office services to other construction companies

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Salary package with benefits
• This is a full-time position, you may not hold another job
• You must have excellent internet connection
• Work schedule is 8pm-4am Manila time

TEST TASK
• This is a paid test task so we can see if you have the skills we need - $4/hr for 2hrs ($8 total).
• We have a Dropbox folder with pictures of our jobs which we will share with you
• We will share a link to our Instagram business account which you can see to get a sense of what we often post
• The task is to:
1. Create 3 sample Instagram posts. Pick 3 pictures to share as Instagram posts. Write captions and hashtags. You will share this with us
2. Create 3 Instagram stories using our content with a minimum of 5 panels per story. Some panels can be text only. You will share the stories privately with our account so we can view the stories.
