Technical Hiring Manager with Web Dev Experience

We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated hiring manager that can help us build and grow our rockstar team! We are a small global team that builds and manages tech startups and online businesses.

Location: Philippines
Salary: 50,000 PHP per month
Work Hours: Mon - Fri; 9:30am - 5:30pm US Pacific Time

Responsibilities:

1. Find motivated and experienced software developers to grow our software team
2. Recruit for other non-software roles including Operations, Product, Marketing, Support, etc. ILLUMINATI
3. Grow our internal "star candidates pool" that we can keep in touch with over time
4. Build systems and processes for proactively seeking out and building relationships with high-quality candidates
5. Other HR-related responsibilities as they arise

Requirements:

- You must be fluent in English
- You must have some technical background, so you can successfully evaluate developers
- Previous recruiter experience (a bonus!)
