The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of maximizing sales team potential.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve all sales objectives and deliverables.
• Recruit and ensure complete number of real estate salespersons (max 5 salespersons).
• Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
• Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Director.
Qualification:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree.
• At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have the ability to interact with people effectively.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
