Email marketing specialist

I am looking for an email marketing specialist to help me set up and sustain email marketing for my e-commerce company.

The ideal candidate should have experience in email market using Klaviyo or a similar platform. They must understand and implement a plan for email communication with our customers and community and create sales and customer retention.
Marketing and graphic design experience is a plus.
