Technical Presales Consultant / IT Systems Engineer

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Technical Presales Consultant within the IT industry to join our team.

Your key requirements include:

Analyse customer requirements and develop a scope of work using appropriate technology
Determine customer hardware specifications for quotations
Review and approve draft quotations
Write product descriptions that help the customer understand the proposed technical solution
Training the Sales Teams on various technologies and solutions

The ideal candidate will include:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Presales Consultant / Engineer
Passion for technology, computers and sales
A degree in Computer Science, Business or Marketing or similar qualification
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Proven experience of developing and delivering solutions
Ability to self-study and obtain technical certifications
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Well developed organizational and time-management skills

Experience with Microsoft Surface, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Sophos, Google Workspace and Lenovo Desktops/Laptops would be highly regarded.

This role required a high level of technical/IT knowledge with ongoing training and certifications. Please do not apply if you do not have an IT or presales background.

This position is flexible to accommodate part time or freelance hours to suit the right candidate. Our office operates Monday to Friday, our team is split between Australia and Philippines.
