We are a USA based company in the Real Estate industry, specializing in the short term rental space. We are looking for a Market Researcher that will be in charge to conduct thorough research, synthesize findings and data analysis and be able to present relevant market data to check if new potential house investments would be profitable for the business. The Market Research Analyst is responsible for conducting analysis in various locations/marketplaces for new potential house investments based upon provided parameters and tools. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting these outputs with clear and precise justification and reasoning.


*Goals & Responsibility:*


In this job, your main responsibility is to identify and study target markets based on demographic considerations, market competition, trends, and other relevant factors in determining a winning investment with the ultimate goal of being able to be the leading revenue generating Airbnb/short term rental in a given market. Additionally, you will be in charge to ensure revenue and profit/return targets are met. You are also responsible to ensure that the proposed investments supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.


Qualifications:


1. At least 2 years of experience in Market Research OR Data Analytics.


2. Experience in a Real Estate or AirBnB company is a plus


3. Extensive experience and a track record with reporting data analytics.


4. Must be keen to details that even 0.1 change will be noticed.


5. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills


6. Proficient in MS Excel and Google sheets


7. Must be able to present market research findings logically and be able to provide data-driven recommendations


8.Strong communication skills in English language
