We’re looking for the next genius Recruitment Specialist to join us and help us grow our team. Our ultimate vision as a company is to create a world where small businesses with a big idea always have a chance to grow profitably for helping people with their products and services.
Your work will help us achieve these goals with our clients. As we help them grow, we help their future customers get products/services they need, and at the same time we create jobs for people as our clients’ businesses grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Here’s some of the actual responsibilities of the role:
Formulate detailed job descriptions and hiring briefs.
Maintain and manage job postings for open roles.
Conduct screening interviews and intro calls with potential ---------- diate and work between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
Implement hiring strategies, produce reports and hiring plans.
Provide improvements and create processes for our recruitment work.


We’re looking for someone to work with us around 4 to 6 hours every weekday per week to start. And if you’re a good fit, this definitely will become a full-time job with performance-bonuses and career growth opportunities for you as we grow.

There will be systems and training in place to help you learn and grow, but we’re looking for people who can help us build on them.
