Wordpress Website QA Person for 2 Month Project

Inbound Found is looking for a manual QA tester with good communication skills in English for a website design and marketing agency, specifically a big project we currently have for 10-20 hours per week of work over the 2 month period. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of QA work and our work stack. We're always looking for great full-time people and long term relationships, so if the project goes well, we would be happy to discuss full-time employment or ongoing projects work!

Inbound Found is a small boutique digital marketing agency based in Philadelphia PA USA with a mix of employees based in the US and the Philippines. We specialize in website content strategy and website UX design and work with mostly mid-size companies with large websites.

- Looking for a website QA person with some experience doing QA testing and providing feedback.
- We have not had a designated QA person before so hoping you can share a little about yourself.

Ideally, you would be able to QA and work with our related tools, here are the expectations for the work:

Frontend QA work using Project Huddle + ClickUp
We use this tooltip comment tool on website frontend and ClickUp, a project management tool where "Ready for QA" task statuses would be updated by you as "Remarks" (rejected with feedback) or "Accepted" based on QA, with feedback as assigned comments in ClickUp, screenshots, and any other notes that will help the dev see the issue and how to fix

Wordpress wp-admin QA by adding test pages in WP
We need you to QA how a non-technical user may try to add or update blocks in the wp-admin area so if you are familiar, all the better. You'll work with Wordpress blocks to create test pages using those blocks in different configurations (registered block styles) and ACF Blocks ( a custom block type we create). You'll try to "break" them by doing different configurations to find issues that might come up with them being used by non-technical wordpress editors in unexpected ways.

You also may create and save drafts of test pages in wordpress area testing components in different ways and leaving it saved in there to share with the dev so they can see specific issues you're referring to and inspect it more ---------- owser & Responsiveness QA Testing by adding notes in Miro
We will screenshot pages at different browser widths and put all the screenshots in Miro board, where you'll add sticky notes and arrows to call out key issues. Ideally you would recognize patterns in issues, and be able to assign a task like "all h3 tags seem to have too much padding above them across devices 600px width and less" instead of adding hundreds of sticky notes to all the h3 tags!
