We are offering a unique and exciting opportunity to be exposed to the Australian Immigration field answering calls and providing admin support for clients from all over the world! Australian Immigration Specialists provide advice and handle visa applications based on updated Australian Immigration regulations. We love assisting people from all around the world to obtain temporary and permanent residency visas to live and work in Australia.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and committed person with a bright and happy voice to join our small, friendly team providing customer service and admin support in relation to Australian Immigration enquiries and visa applications.

If you are passionate about providing an exceptional customer service experience we would love to hear from you.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Taking inbound calls related to immigration related enquiries
• Making outbound calls for return, missed calls, to arrange appointments
• Filtering and responding to emails
• Monitor regulations and policy updates
• Other Admin duties as required to assist the team

Skills and Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills
• Excellent phone manner
• Happy, bright voice
• Strong customer service focus, professionalism
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• Critical thinking skills and initiative to problem solve and suggest solutions
• At least a few years of work experience in a customer service or sales field preferably for a legal services company abroad

Work conditions include:
• Work hours 9.00am-5.30pm Sydney time
• Monday to Friday
• Work location: Online from Philippines
• Initial salary 25,000 PHP
