I need a competent and fast learner to work alongside me. You need to be punctual and have a steady internet connection. Only people with proof of Google ads experience will be considered.

Your main role will be generating leads for property sourcing & property management, but you may be asked to help set up automation systems and email marketing.

I am looking for someone to set up and run Google Ads, SEO and SEM to bring new clients and increase our online presence.
Google Ad campaign creation monitoring using google analytics and optimising for quality lead generation.

EXPERIENCE
Experienced in B2C Lead Generation with a preference for real estate & property management
Data mining and researching skills
Has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Demonstrated analytical and data interpretation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, and commitment

QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with SEO and SEM, Google Analytics
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Digital savvy

IDEAL CANDIDATE
-AdWords 1+ Year
-Having knowledge in SEO is a plus
-Are fluent in English both speaking and writing
-Conscientious, hard-working, and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
-Have social media management skills
-Can work in UK Time Zone From 6 AM GMT
-Have exceptional customer service skills
-Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
